Hot Shots Golf Fore! First PlaySony passed us a preview copy of Hot Shots Golf Fore!, so we hit the linkswith the Hot Shots linksters to see what’s in store for PS2 golfers when thegame is released. Although not a complete or final build of the game, it wasenough to whet our appetites for what will probably prove to be an enjoyablegolfing game.Let’s start with the courses themselves. There will be 13 total courses inthe game, 8 of which are totally new to the series. These courses are set in avariety of locations including Hawaii and Japan. All of the courses are reallygorgeous, with vibrant and bright color palettes, terrain features like slopesand streams, and plenty of trees.

Imagine how great it will feel tobeat 31 players from around the country when you win an online tournament!Although the version we played did not have all of the courses or playersavailable, what we did get to see and play looked really good. The previewprovided a good amount of fun on its own, so we’re looking forward to enjoyingthe full-blown game when it is released.
